Volleyball Recap: Sussex Academy Takes a Loss

Sussex Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Cape Henlopen Vikings. The Seahawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Vikings from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Sussex Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Cape Henlopen, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Sussex Academy has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Delmarva Christian on the 15th. As for Cape Henlopen, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Conrad Science on the 14th.
