Salt Fork stacked a fifth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They blew past Clifton Central, posting a 47-19 victory at home.
Meanwhile, West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] took a serious blow against Camp Point Central on Friday, falling 59-13. West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-0.
The losing side was boosted by Conner Turner, who rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry.
Salt Fork's win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.3 points per game. As for West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs], their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
