Football Recap: Caruthers Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Caruthers unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 30-18 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Washington Union Panthers on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Caruthers will host Coalinga at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Washington Union, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Lemoore at 7:30 p.m. on the 29th.
