Baseball Recap: Waterloo West Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Waterloo West's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Cedar Falls Tigers on Friday. The Wahawks haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Waterloo West's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Cedar Falls, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waterloo West will head out to face off against Iowa City at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cedar Falls, they will venture away from home to take on Washington at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
