Basketball Recap: Baker County Falls Short of Bishop Kenny in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Baker County can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Bishop Kenny Crusaders and fell 58-20. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-10.

Leading Bishop Kenny to victory were Abby Baker and Kathleen Crawley. Baker went 7 of 11 on her way to 15 points along with seven boards and three steals, while Crawley went 6 for 9 en route to 18 points. Baker is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Reese Mayer, who posted six points and seven assists.
