Baseball Recap: Lowry Buckaroos vs. Dayton Dust Devils
Lowry proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 15) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-10 win over the Dayton Dust Devils. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 17-2 on Thursday.

Angus Boyles was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off two hits. He has become a key player for Lowry: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 10-12 otherwise. Boyles was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three runs and one RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.
