Phalen Leadership Academy had won eight straight road games and R'Mello Watson did his part to make it nine on Friday. The Phalen Leadership Academy Falcon secured an 81-75 W over the Cascade Cadets thanks in part to Watson, who went 11-for-19 en route to 27 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Phalen Leadership Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-12 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.7 points over those games. As for Cascade, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Coming up, Phalen Leadership Academy will challenge Mooresville Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mooresville Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Phalen Leadership Academy likes a good challenge. As for Cascade, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greencastle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Greencastle will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Cascade surely won't give up without a fight.
