Lebanon has gone 10-0 against North Montgomery recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lebanon Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against the North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Lebanon's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches.

Lebanon is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Tri-West Hendricks just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 75-57 to the Bruins.

Lebanon might have lost, but man, Kaden Lark was a machine: he almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds. Lark continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Ferrell, who posted 12 points and six boards.

Meanwhile, North Montgomery played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Danville and fell 75-37. While losing is never fun, the Chargin' Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 385th, while the Warriors are ranked 126th).

Lebanon will need focus on slowing down Kelby Harwood, one of several North Montgomery players who made an impact when they last played. He earned 12 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Colten Arnold, who put up 14 points.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for North Montgomery, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Lebanon has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 24.3 rebounds per game. However, it's not like North Montgomery struggles in that department as they've been averaging 21.3 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.

Lebanon took their win against North Montgomery when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 50-29. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lebanon since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
