Soccer Recap: Greenville Takes a Loss

Greenville lost against Tippecanoe on October 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Green Wave came up short against the Red Devils, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Greenville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 540th, while Tippecanoe are ranked 59th).

Greenville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Tippecanoe, they pushed their record up to 15-1-2 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.

Greenville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tippecanoe, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Belmont at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
