Volleyball Recap: Century Takes a Loss

Century was the 2-0 winner over Centennial when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Diamondbacks fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Diamondbacks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Among those leading the charge was Isabelle Guinn, who had 17 digs and five assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last six games.

Century's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Centennial, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Century wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against South Fremont on the 20th. As for Centennial, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Hillcrest on the 19th.
