Soccer Game Preview: David Douglas vs. Barlow

David Douglas is 1-6 against Barlow since October of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Scots will be playing at home against the Bruins at 6:30 p.m.

David Douglas is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Nelson on Wednesday. Neither the Scots nor Nelson could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Barlow). Their defense stepped up to hand Reynolds a 6-0 shutout on Thursday. Barlow haven't had any issues with Reynolds recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

David Douglas' draw gives them a new season record of 10-2-1. As for Barlow, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3-2.

David Douglas beat Barlow by a goal in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-2. Do the Scots have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bruins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
