Savannah has gone a perfect 5-0 against East Buchanan recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Savages will square off against the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. East Buchanan took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Savannah, who comes in off a win.

Savannah will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any runs on Monday, then bounced right back against Maryville on Tuesday. The Savages were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Spoofhounds. Considering the Savages' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, East Buchanan lost 10-1 to Pembroke Hill on Friday.

East Buchanan's loss was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Savannah, their victory bumped their record up to 13-8.

Savannah took their win against East Buchanan in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 16-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Savages since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
