Cabool waltzed into their game on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Thayer Bobcats with a sharp 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Cabool was: they took every set by at least 25 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Jayne Thompson paced Cabool's offense, picking up 15 kills. Thompson got some help from Cambree Woodard and her 29 assists. Sophia Dotson controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Cabool's victory bumped their record up to 10-5-1. As for Thayer, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Cabool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Bunker on the 20th. As for Thayer, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Hollister on the 20th.
