Lubbock Christian had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fort Stockton Panthers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Lubbock Christian's victory bumped their record up to 13-2-1. As for Fort Stockton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lubbock Christian will challenge Greenwood at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Fort Stockton, they will head out to square off against Midland Legacy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
