Volleyball Recap: Grand Traverse Academy Comes Up Short

Grand Traverse Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Mary Eagles. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Grand Traverse Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-21-1. As for St. Mary, their victory ended a 13-match drought on the road and puts them at 3-22-3.

Grand Traverse Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Boyne Falls on the 30th. St. Mary has also already played their next contest (against Mason County Eastern), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
