Strawberry Crest needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight games and they got it from Sevin Bagnato. The Chargers walked away with a 28-20 win over the Bloomingdale Bulls on Friday with plenty of help from Bagnato, who punched in two rushing scores, and also threw for 168 yards and one touchdown while completing 77.8% of his passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Strawberry Crest's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 2-4 otherwise.

Strawberry Crest didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jose Aponte and Hunter Hall.

Strawberry Crest's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Bloomingdale, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
