Basketball Game Preview: Kenosha Bradford Red Devils vs. St. Catherine's Angels

The Kenosha Bradford Red Devils and the St. Catherine's Angels will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Thursday, Kenosha Bradford came up short against Waterford and fell 78-71. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 146th, while the Wolverines are ranked 36th).

Meanwhile, St. Catherine's had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three last Friday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 57-39 win over the Hawks.

St. Catherine's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Kenosha Bradford, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Kenosha Bradford was taken down by St. Catherine's 71-41 when the teams last played back in December of 2018. Can Kenosha Bradford avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
