Soccer Game Preview: Windsor vs. Nandua

The Windsor Dukes are taking a road trip to take on the Nandua Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Nandua took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Windsor, who comes in off a win.

Windsor will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Northampton, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Dukes came out on top against the Yellowjackets by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Windsor.

Maggie Baughman and Mia Vo scored all three of Windsor's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, Nandua was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Bruton, falling 8-0.

The win got Windsor back to even at 3-3. As for Nandua, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Windsor might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Nandua in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Dukes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
