Plainwell is a perfect 5-0 against Edwardsburg since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Trojans will take on the Eddies at 5:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Plainwell came into their game back in March off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-0 to Rockford.

Meanwhile, Edwardsburg came up short against Buchanan on Tuesday and fell 4-2. Edwardsburg have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plainwell now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Edwardsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Everything went Plainwell's way against Edwardsburg in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Plainwell made off with an 8-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
