Elysian Fields has gone 8-2 against Harleton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets will host the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. Elysian Fields will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Elysian Fields' pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Carlisle 16-0.

Taylor Youngblood made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Those seven strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Elysian Fields got a massive performance out of Kaylen Commander, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI Commander has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Rylee Deal, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI and two runs.
Elysian Fields always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Harleton faced off against Beckville on Friday. The Wildcats came up short against the Bearcats, falling 12-2. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Bearcats: they've now lost six in a row.
Like Elysian Fields, Harleton also got a great game from a two-way player: Annabelle Green. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. Green was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
Green wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Kaylee Skaggs, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.
Harleton's defeat dropped their record down to 10-21-1. As for Elysian Fields, they now have a winning record of 16-15-1.
Elysian Fields might still be hurting after the 10-2 loss they got from Harleton when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
