Volleyball Recap: Westlake Demons vs. Lakewood Rangers

Westlake waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Lakewood Rangers. That's more bragging rights for the Demons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Westlake walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-20.

Among those leading the charge was Chloe Vig, who had 14 digs and four aces. Those four aces gave her a new career-high.

Despite the loss, Lakewood still got an impressive performance from Audrey McNulty, who had 19 digs. McNulty is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in the last three games she's played dating back to last season.
