Baseball Game Preview: Revere Minutemen vs. Roosevelt Rough Riders

For the second straight game, Revere will face off against Roosevelt. The Minutemen will head out to face off against the Rough Riders at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Revere's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Roosevelt's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Revere took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over Roosevelt. The victory continues a trend for the Minutemen in their matchups with the Rough Riders: they've now won three in a row.

Chase Clifford looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, Revere's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Ang Levak, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI. That's the most RBI Levak has posted since back in March.

Roosevelt dropped their record down to 4-5 with the defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Revere, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.
