Volleyball Recap: Kiel Raiders vs. Oconto Falls Panthers

Kiel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Oconto Falls Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Kiel's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Liz Neils, who had 12 digs and two assists.

Leading Oconto Falls to victory were Rylie Shallow and Izzy Otto. Shallow had nine digs and four assists, while Otto hit 71.4% for five kills and 17 assists and nine digs. The last time Otto's hitting percentage was this high was back in September of 2024.

Kiel's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Oconto Falls, the win was the 21st in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-4.
