Jay put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Flomaton Hurricanes as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Royals also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Jay not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Flomaton between 19 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-19.

Aubreigh Nelson paced Jay's offense, picking up 20 kills. Nelson got some help from Kaylee Gilbreath and her four assists. Gilbreath was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Jay's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Flomaton, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.

Coming up, Jay will square off against L.E.A.D. Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Royals are facing the Lions at the right time seeing as the Lions are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Flomaton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Blacksher at 6:00 p.m.
