Soccer Recap: Westside Comes Up Short

Westside lost to Cypress Springs back in January of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Wolves fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Westside have lost by just one goal.

Westside now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Cypress Springs, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westside will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lamar at 4:30 p.m. on the 21st. As for Cypress Springs, they will host Bridgeland at 7:30 p.m. on the 20th.
