Soccer Recap: Madera Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in January, Madera was forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. They and the Hoover Patriots finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. While a more conclusive result would've been nice, the Coyotes got plenty of practice considering the match was the highest-scoring draw the team's played all season.

With that draw, Madera's record moves to 6-14-4. As for Hoover, they moved theirs to 7-13-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Madera has already played their next game (against San Joaquin Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hoover will be playing at home against Sunnyside at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing isn't great for Hoover: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Sunnyside has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road.
