Baseball Recap: Normal University Gets the Win

Normal University lost to Maroa-Forsyth back in May of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Pioneers came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 7-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pioneers.

Normal University's victory bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Maroa-Forsyth, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-8.

Looking ahead, Normal University will venture away from home to face off against Tolono Unity at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Maroa-Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
