Football Game Preview: Bald Knob Bulldogs vs. Mills University Studies Comets

For the first time this season, Bald Knob will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will face off against the Mills University Studies Comets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Two weeks ago, Bald Knob had to suffer through a 46-14 loss at the hands of Des Arc. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Mills University Studies put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Blytheville, posting a 42-7 victory. Given the Comets' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas football rankings (they are ranked 26th, while the Chickasaws are ranked 85th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bald Knob now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mills University Studies, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Bald Knob took a serious blow against Mills University Studies in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, falling 49-0. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
