Volleyball Recap: Harding Skippers vs. Cardinal Huskies

Harding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Cardinal Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Jana Vale paced Harding's offense, picking up five kills. Vale got some help from Brooklyn Butchino and her five assists. Lennon Abate controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Cardinal was led to victory by Maggie Grant and Adelyn Grant. Maggie had five aces, while Adelyn had 18 digs and two aces. Adelyn is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Harding's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Cardinal, they pushed their record up to 20-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.
