You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Whitewright on Tuesday. They walked away with a 37-27 victory over the Tom Bean Tomcats. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Despite the loss, Tom Bean still got an impressive performance from Sam Lind, who posted 16 points. That was a full 59.3% of Tom Bean's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points.

The win got Whitewright back to even at 3-3. As for Tom Bean, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 7-5.

When Whitewright and Tom Bean next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose.
