Basketball Game Preview: Sultan Turks vs. Evergreen Wolverines

The Sultan Turks will square off against the Evergreen Wolverines at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Sultan's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Evergreen has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Sultan will head into Thursday's game out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They were dealt a 52-20 defeat at the hands of Liberty. The matchup marked the Turks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Evergreen was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 34-30 to Lindbergh. That's two games in a row now that the Wolverines have lost by exactly four points.

Sultan's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Evergreen, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.
