Eliel Salazar Game Report: vs Franklin Academy

A big congratulations to Eliel Salazar, who pulled down at least ten boards for the first time in his career. He posted four points and 12 rebounds as Rhode Island School for the Deaf took down Franklin Academy 47-24. We marked that as the best performance he's had all season, even better than his effort last Tuesday (when he had no points) (Gamescore: 6.7 vs. 0.9).

Salazar and Rhode Island School for the Deaf will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on American School for the Deaf at 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025. The contest will pit Salazar up against American School for the Deaf's star forward Jadiel Torres. With so much talent on the court, fans are surely in for an exciting game.
