Softball Recap: Cane Bay Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Cane Bay's offense. They came up short against the Summerville Green Wave on Friday, falling 10-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Cobras in their meetings with the Green Wave: they've now lost eight in a row.

Cane Bay now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Summerville, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, Cane Bay will head out to take on Wando at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Cane Bay is facing Wando at the right time seeing as Wando is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Summerville, they will be taking part in a tournament against Belton-Honea Path at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
