Recap: Jackson Aggies vs. Escambia County Blue Devils
Make it 15 blowout wins for the Jackson Aggies this season. They blew past Escambia County 62-40. Winning may never get old, but Jackson sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Tyra Caves continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jazmine Jones, who scored 12 points along with two steals.
Jackson's win was their 18th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-2. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 25.33 points. As for Escambia County, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
Jackson on the road again on Tuesday and play against Satsuma at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Satsuma will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 324th, while Jackson is ranked 50th). As for Escambia County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against T.R. Miller at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
