After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Meridian, Biloxi was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took down the George County Rebels 30-13. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2023.
Biloxi got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Wyatt Pyron out in front who threw for 157 yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The dominant performance gave Pyron a new career-high in rushing yards. 101 of those passing yards were hauled in by Tristain Haynes, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
Biloxi now has a winning record of 2-1. As for George County, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.
