Softball Recap: Oak Forest Takes a Loss

Oak Forest was the 7-4 winner over Tinley Park when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bengals fell 9-6 to the Titans on Monday. The Bengals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oak Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Tinley Park, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Oak Forest will face off against rival Lemont at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bengals 3.9, the Lemont HS 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Tinley Park is set to take on their familiar foe Thornton Fractional North at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
