Soccer Recap: Sapulpa Comes Up Short

Sapulpa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Piedmont Wildcats, falling 3-0.

Sapulpa's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Piedmont, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sapulpa will challenge Enid at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Sapulpa will be up against Enid's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.88 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Piedmont, they are taking a road trip to square off against Stillwater at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
