 Nicolet scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Monday. They were the clear victor by  a  12-4 margin over the Grafton Black Hawks. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest  victory of the  season.
  Nolan Sandee was a major factor no matter where he played. He  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned run off   four  hits. Sandee was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with a  triple, a  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Ben Ott and  James Wirth did most of the damage at the plate:  Ott  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-5, while  Wirth  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4.  Jack Stuck was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances.
 The  win  got Nicolet back to even at 4-4. As for Grafton, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-6.
 Nicolet didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  13-2  victory vs. Cedarburg on the 17th. As for Grafton, they have the luxury  of staying home for another  game and will welcome Hartford at 4:45  p.m.  on Friday.
