Basketball Recap: PikeView Victorious

PikeView hadn't done well against Bluefield recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The PikeView Panthers managed a 62-58 win over the Bluefield Beavers. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 62-43 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory made it two in a row for PikeView and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

PikeView will be home for the holidays to greet Greenbrier East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bluefield, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Graham at 7:30 p.m. on December 27th.
