Softball Recap: Kate Duncan Smith DAR Gets the Win

It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Kate Duncan Smith DAR ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top against the North Jackson Chiefs by a score of 8-4. This was a revenge game for the Patriots: when they faced off against the Chiefs back in March, they had to take a 4-2 defeat.

The team relied heavily on Nataly Grimmett, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Ansleigh House was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-5.
