Baseball Recap: Cambridge-South Dorchester Takes a Loss

Cambridge-South Dorchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 12-2 to the North Caroline Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Cambridge-South Dorchester's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for North Caroline, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cambridge-South Dorchester will face off against rival St. Michaels at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, North Caroline is set to take on their familiar foe Kent Island at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
