Volleyball Recap: Woodcreek Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory + How To Watch

Woodcreek waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Oakmont Vikings as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Timberwolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Woodcreek was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-12, 25-14.

Woodcreek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Samantha Campanale, who had 18 digs and five assists. Those 18 digs gave Campanale a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Morales, who had eight digs and two aces.

Woodcreek's record now sits at 3-0. As for Oakmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Woodcreek will square off against Ripon at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oakmont, they will challenge Antelope at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
