The Salem Academy Charter Navigator's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 57-27 defeat at the hands of Neighborhood House Charter. Salem Academy Charter lost against Neighborhood House Charter in their previous head to head last Friday, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 67-12 score last time.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Neighborhood House Charter to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alicia Browder, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 17 rebounds. The matchup was Browder's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Karin Richardson was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten steals.

Salem Academy Charter has fallen quite a ways from their 17-6 record last season and are now at 0-3. As for Neighborhood House Charter, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.
