Volleyball Recap: Picayune Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Picayune lost against Hancock back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Maroon Tide came up short against the Hawks, falling 3-0.

Picayune's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-6. As for Hancock, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-6.

Picayune has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Gautier on the 4th. As for Hancock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Pascagoula on the 4th.
