While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 297th, while the Warriors are ranked 136th).

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Bishop Heelan Catholic, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7.
