There's no place like home for Madera, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They walked away with a 65-53 victory over the Reedley Pirates on Tuesday. The Coyotes haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Stevie Estrada had an outrageously good game as he went 14-for-25 to rack up 29 points in addition to eight boards and five steals. Another player making a difference was Alex Rodriguez, who posted 12 points and seven assists.

Several Pirates players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Randy Garcia, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 13 rebounds. Gregory McGregor was another key player, shooting 80% from the field en route to 17 points.

Madera's record is now 2-3. As for Reedley, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Madera is taking a road trip to square off against Madera South at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Reedley, they will take on Pioneer Valley in a tournament on Thursday.
