Reagan has gone 8-2 against Madison recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Reagan Rattlers will square off against the Madison Mavericks at 12:30 p.m. Madison took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Reagan, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Reagan didn't have too much breathing room in their game against SA Roosevelt, but they still walked away with a 50-44 win. Given the Rattlers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 77th, while the Rough Riders are ranked 329th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Madison came up short against Churchill on Wednesday and fell 57-49.

Reagan has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Madison, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-17.

Reagan strolled past Madison when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a score of 53-38. The rematch might be a little tougher for Reagan since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
