Basketball Recap: Valley Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Valley entered their tilt with Meadow Heights on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Meadow Heights Panthers 72-69. For the Vikings, this counts as revenge for the 70-63 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Valley's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29 points. As for Meadow Heights, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
