Neshoba Central never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Ridgeland Titans by a score of 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Rockets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Neshoba Central's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 11-7. As for Ridgeland, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-4.

Neshoba Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-1 defeat against Southeast Lauderdale on the 3rd. Hopefully Ridgeland payed attention to the Rockets' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
