Soccer Recap: Berkley Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, Berkley has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Berkley came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while Royal Oak are ranked 136th).

Berkley's loss dropped their record down to 8-4-3. As for Royal Oak, they moved to 4-7-1 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
